What this website does with data.

At Nodaris, we understand that visiting our site means trusting us with a little bit of your information — and we don’t take that lightly. This notice covers exactly what our marketing website does with data, and nothing beyond what it actually does.

Booking a working session

When you use the “See it on your claims” flow, we ask a few simple questions with button answers, then hand off to our scheduling provider’s page — carrying only the selections you made: your role, billing system, workflow focus, and claim-volume band. Anything you enter on the scheduling page itself is handled by that provider, under its own policy. If you go on to book a session, we may store the information you provided to follow up with you and for marketing — but nothing is submitted anywhere until you actually book.

Email

Contact links simply open your own email application — you’re always the one who decides whether to hit send. From there, your email provider and Nodaris each handle the message under their respective systems and policies.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses cookies to keep things running, to understand how visitors use it, and — only with your permission — for marketing. Necessary cookies run automatically since the site needs them to function. Analytics and marketing cookies only turn on if you say yes in the cookie preferences banner shown on your first visit, and you’re free to change your mind at any time using the “Cookie preferences” link in the footer. Analytics cookies simply help us understand how visitors use the site. Marketing cookies, together with information you submit through forms on this site, may be used by Nodaris to follow up with you and for marketing. Our hosting infrastructure may also process standard request logs needed to deliver and secure the site.

Sensitive information

We ask that you avoid including patient information, protected health information, credentials, or other sensitive data in a website inquiry or scheduling note — this site isn’t built to handle it. If a later exchange requires sharing that kind of information, we’ll use an approved secure channel for it.
